The first WNBR event in Brighton took place in 2006 and has been held annually since then. The Brighton WNBR aligns with the broader goals of the global movement, advocating for cyclist safety, body positivity, and environmental awareness. Participants gather to cycle through the city streets naked, to draw attention to these causes and challenge societal norms and taboos surrounding nudity. Brighton is known for its friendly and open-minded community, making it an ideal setting for the WNBR. The event has gained traction in Brighton over the years, attracting both local residents and participants from other parts of the UK and beyond. After the event the crowd drift to the Official Nudist Beach, where the celebrations continued. In 2011, the HaPenis Project published some art from a young man who attended. The following year the number of participants trebled. As it has every years since. Sunday 11th June, 2 PM. Preston Park. For details of this years event : Brighton WNBR 2023
