Anybody notices size fluctuation during the year? I know mine is bigger, I have better erections in the summer and I also tend more to of a shower instead of a grower. In the winter, it is the exact contrary. Why is that? More heat = better blood flow? Does that happen to you guys also?

In The Ultimate Guide to Male Sexual Health, Dr Dudley Seth Danoff promotes the application of positive thinking towards the penis. Dr Danoff starts by explaining how the penis works and dismisses myths about the importance of penis size. While emphasising that most cases of erectile dysfunction are psychological, Dr Danoff outlines the main physical causes of erectile problems and associated medical treatments. He also offers practical suggestions for addressing psychological issues which may be limiting a man’s sexual performance and enjoyment.
With serious warnings about casual sex with strangers, Dr Danoff describes the main sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV / AIDS which he describes as the scourge of the twenty-first century. In particular, Dr Danoff strongly advises against anal sex, even with the use of condoms. As stated in the book, all studies indicate that anal sex is a primary mode of transmission for HIV, as the anus is especially vulnerable to tears in the delicate tissue membranes. In addition, Dr Danoff points out that HIV can be transmitted by fellatio as a standalone act. As described by Dr Danoff, the entire template of every partner’s prior sexual experience is permanently tattooed upon you – in a sense, you are sleeping with everyone with whom that person has ever had sex.
With regards toys, Dr Danoff warns against the use of cockrings to impede the outflow of blood from the erect penis. The doctor points out that blood sludging or clotting or ruptures to the delicate blood vessels could lead to irreversible damage. Meanwhile, he promotes circumcision as a means of reducing the risk of penile cancer, which is virtually unheard of among circumcised men. Also, circumcision is promoted to reduce the risk of HIV infection, as tears or abrasions in the foreskin can serve as easy ports of entry for the virus.
