The Rumi’s quote, “Pure food is like a seed, its fruit’s pure thought, and it’s a sea, while thought’s the jewel sought,” can be understood as an invitation to be mindful of what we feed our bodies and minds. Just as a seed grows into a tree that bears fruit, the food we consume nurtures our bodies and influences our thoughts.

When we nourish ourselves with purity and intention—whether through the food we eat, the thoughts we entertain, or the energies we engage with—we cultivate a mind capable of producing pure, insightful, and elevated thoughts. These thoughts are like jewels, precious and rare, emerging from the vast sea of consciousness. For the HaPenis Project readers, it suggests that achieving true satisfaction and fulfillment in life, including sexual well-being, begins with what we consume on all levels: physically, mentally, and emotionally. By choosing “pure food” for the body and mind, we create the conditions for deeper, more meaningful HaPenis.

Sounds very delicious 😋
Nice guy on the clip. But throwing the uneatable part of the watermelon away just like that, into the also nice landscape, is not a good example. It represents quite well what a throwaway society our “civilisation” has become. Maybe a subject that should also be dealt with here. (Having sex at the open air, with a clean, green nature, is much more relaxing than doing it on a dump…)
I fully agree. He should’ve simply set them aside. The tossing, indeed, felt disrespectful of his beautiful surroundings.
“The ground’s generosity takes in our compost and grows beauty! Try to be more like the ground.”
