Practise daily these eighteen “ities” You will soon attain immortality.

- Absence of vanity: Avoid being overly proud or showing off.
- Sincerity: Be truthful and honest in your words and actions.
- Simplicity: Keep things simple and uncomplicated.

- Equanimity: Stay calm and balanced, even in difficult situations.
- Fixity: Be determined and focused on your goals.
- Non-irritability: Don’t get easily annoyed or angered.
- Adaptability: Be open to change and able to adjust to new situations.
- Humility: Be modest and not boastful.
- Tenacity: Show determination and persistence.
- Integrity: Act with honesty and strong moral principles.
- Nobility: Behave in a noble and honorable way.
- Magnanimity: Be generous and forgiving towards others.
- Charity: Help those in need and be kind.
- Generosity: Be willing to share and give to others.
- Purity: Keep your thoughts and actions pure and free from negativity.
