Here at the HaPenis Project we have been promoting the World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR) in London since when it first started in 2004. Since then, it has grown in popularity and spread to several other cities across the country, and is now held in other cities across the UK, including Brighton, Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh, and many more. The 2023 World Naked Bike Ride London is happening on Saturday, June 10. It’s a chance for cyclists to raise awareness of bike safety, the environmental impact of cars, and, of course, the gloriously freeing joys of being nude. If you are in London on Sunday do go along and offer the riders your applause.

I love the photos from WNBR 2023. Why can’t everyday be a naked bike ride day?
Agreed. I love going out cycling in my sports kilt with the waistband rolled over several times to shorten it so as to clear the hem from the spokes and only just covering my goods. Opportunity does arise to go completely exposed and I love it.
