It hurts just to look at. If I were to critique, somewhere on those arms there should also be an American flag. Circumcision is also standard practice there regardless of religion. Many hospitals (though not all) don’t even ask, they just whisk the boy child away and perform the procedure, unless you’ve expressively requested them NOT to do it. – Ben
I’m glad that you “get” this photo. The reason that I did it was to protest the crap that the WHO (World Health Organization) was pushing a few years ago: circumcising African men due to HIV. Their ideology was that if the men in Africa were circumcised, it would cut down on the spread of HIV- somehow they thought that the virus lived under the foreskin??? We know that circumcising males comes from mainly one of two places #1- Religion: somehow, Judaism and Islam believe that God will love you more or differently than a man with an intact dick? I don’t get it. #2- Cultural Influences: people honestly believe that a cut cock is cleaner than an uncut one. As you referenced above Ben, men are whisked away, without consent to do this barbaric procedure. I wasn’t consulted when part of my penis was cut off just after I was born. I think it needs to be illegal to do the procedure until a male is 18 years old and can make HIS OWN choice regarding his sexual organ. I hear women scream in the streets and at abortion demonstrations “My body, my choice”. What about us men- where is “My body, my choice” when a third of our dicks are being cut off by a doctor without our consent? Thank you for the commentary on my work- at least I know that SOMEONE understands where I’m coming from- Best Regards- Matt Sarratt
I have long had foreskin envy as I was cut at birth. Maybe I should move to the UK as I think the practice of circumcision ceased when universal health care
began. I’ve always found it exciting when an uncircumcised man begins to stand his manhood and the head begins to peek out.
I could not agree more!
Modern families care more about animals that they do about there sons!
I was told the other day(by a well meaning couple) that it is now illegal to modify my new dog by docking his ears. I asked the wife why? She informed me that “it was cruel and unnecessary”! I replied, and “yet we still circumcise young infant boys”! Her husband silently grinned.
So many control freaks on the earth and many using Religion as their cover!
I totally agree it always seems crawl that small boys have to be circumcised at a very young age, in UK it’s different rarely are we circumcised unless a boy/man has a tight foreskin, also when a man is at a age he can choose and prefers to be cut it’s normally his choice, I personally prefer to be uncut and enjoy masturbation more
I am strongly against cutting. Although I am cut, I have restored and my helmet is usually covered. I believe that it should be outlawed except for medical reasons, or at least till the guy can make his own decisions . Woman scream if someone has them cut, and so it should be for men. We don’t rip an eye out in the chance that it may get cancer when later on, and so a boys penis should not be cut. In a few weeks I will be on summer vacation in Germany where most are gloriously intact. I will be seeing a lot of them at the nude lake and adore the uncut!
I’m
Circumcised and I’m so sad about it – apparently my foreskin was too tight – so I’m one of the very few people who have it done for “real”medical reasons. I’m now fixated with “normal penises” and will suck them when I can … I’m fascinated with how the skin glides over the head … l love them and loath my own …
Same for me. I was 11 years old and confused. Later in life I resented circumcision and often wondered if there was an option available to remain intact.
Not standard practice in the NHS but if the service were to be privatised in the future and US healthcare providers moved in, we could begin to see circumcision normalised here in the UK – RESIST.
I agree, it is a barbaric and mostly unnecessary procedure. There is plenty of outcry over female genital mutilation but barely a word spoken again the male equivalent. It has to be brought to an end.
When my son was born , I asked the Doctor what he thought. He said : circumcision was used in country with poor water so was done to avoid infections .. moreover was foundcthat jew women and arab had less vaginal cancers .. than europeans ! in fact is a genetic matter nothing to do with circumcision
And he ended : we have enough water and facilities to keep clean so no need of circumcision
The doctor was an American jew !
We are not jews
It’s a lot rarer in western states than in the rest of the US. Just a slight correction.
