I have stopped using soap (apart from hands, obviously). Not used soap for more than two years. I use a rock crystal for my pits (and it’s true, I very occasionally have to soap them. As for my cock, I wash daily, tenderly, lovingly, devotedly. I wash every little bit so carefully, drawing back the lengthy foreskin and ensuring the glans is washed clean. I ensure the foreskin folds around the frenulum are properly washed too, of course. I find this is all that’s needed to remain fresh. I apply a dab of lube to my glans and smooth it all around including the inner surface of the foreskin. Afterwards I take care to draw the foreskin forward so that there is no gathered skin behind the sulcus, but is fully and snuggly covering the glans just as it should. In this way as I walk around during the day, the lube and pre cum I have produced allow me to be aware of my glans slip-sliding around inside the foreskin – a delicious way to remain mindful of my cock. My cock-washing is a ritual – a devotional sex-act that gives tender loving and sacred care to that beloved organ. I hope all men love and respect their god-cock in this way.

This attention to my body is relatively recent in the mindfulness that I bring to it.
I am intent in my remaining years on manifesting and embodying the divine masculine, in bringing heart mind and spirit into alignment with the sacred Phallus, practicing to make myself a channel and a receptacle for the energies of masculine generation. I celebrate life as manifest in our physical bodies, acknowledging the essential qualities of the feminine, but with my focus, my love and devotion on the masculine, and especially the organs of generation and of pleasure. I visualise holy Phallus inhabiting me, residing inside my body. I welcome the phallic gods and revere them, imagine their god-cocks penetrating my arse and my mouth, imagine them showering me and filling me with sacred, potent, blessed god-spunk. 1. I stopped using soap on my body many years ago, except for my face, head and neck, just use a Dove bar. I occasionally rinse my pits, but usually don’t, love to keep my natural smell. I just rinse off my body in a warm shower once a week in the summer, every two weeks in the winter.
My body is bacteria neutral, I don’t stink, just smell like me, a man, never “ripe” as some would say, just musky, as I should.
I don’t worry too much about washing clothes, socks and underwear included, but then I don’t wear any more clothes than I have to, never a shirt, usually just in socks and tight whites, good for the week or two. Natural man scent, try it brothers!

  2. A Devotional Sex-Act – what a delightful and yet, educational read. Thank you, Amar Rama, for your contribution to our gay education. Would we all have the time and devotion to administer these actions to our precious cocks! If we Gay Men would put some of his beautiful suggestions and be more attentive to our bodies in all ways and in all manners, Our lives would be more beautiful in all ways regarding our sexual habits. We are so intent on being able to squeeze every action into a day as if there were to never be another day to love and caress our bodies and our cocks. Even those of we readers who are retired from the work-a-day world had no excuse for not being more aware of our beautiful bodies and how those bodies should be tended to with great love and attention. A wonderful read, and much food for thought!
